The game was a showcase of some of the top young players in the region and nationally, however there was A Unsigned Senior who ended up stealing the show.
- Game MVP -York Prep 2017 Tracus Chisholm: This young man put on an absolute show! He shot the ball extremely well from deep knocking down 11 treys and finishing with 39 Points in total. Not only can he shoot it well from deep but he also has very good speed that he uses to get to the cup, I’m absolutely shocked that he has not pulled in any D1 offers as of yet.
- Mr. Fundamental– Trinity Christian 2019 Joey Baker: One thing that I loved about this young man’s game is how much he can do without a high amount of dribbling. He moves without the ball well, used the jab step pullup great and shot a pretty good percentage from the field. Finished with 17 Points on the night
- Smoothest Game- Trinity Christian 2019 Josh Nickelberry: Josh was solid throughout the night, he’s got a silky smooth game and can shoot it consistently from NBA range. When he attacked his opponent offensively it made him that much more of a dangerous player, Josh is fresh off of picking up a UNC offer and has loads of potential in him. Finished with 17 Points on the night
- Best Big- York Prep 2019 D.J Burns: You’ve heard of this young man if you follow high basketball, he didn’t have a big time night stats wise but he was solid scoring and constantly battled on the boards. He has good hands with solid footwork and has the size without a doubt, finished with 12 Points, schools such as LSU and GA Tech are already on Mr. Burns.
- The X Factor- York Prep Wing Jaron Williams: It seemed as if every time Trinity made a run, York Prep had an answer, and one of the players that made big time plays at the right time was Jaron Williams, he got into the passing lanes, finished plays above the rim, and knocked down shots off the pass. Finished with 14 Points on the night
