Throughout the high school basketball season we will recap the previous nights or weeks games with PrepHoopsIllinois Stat Center.  Take a look at the top performances from last week’s action.

 

Mather 2017 power forward Dolapo Olayinka had 20 points, 12 rebounds, and 4 dimes in three quarters of action against Roosevelt.

 

West Aurora 2018 point guard Camron Donatlan had 27 points and 6 boards against East Aurora.  Also had 26 points and 7 rebounds against York last weekend.

 

Christian Life 2019 point guard Treye Tucker drops 43 points, 10 assists, and 8 steals on Wednesday.

 

North Lawndale 2017 unsigned senior Steven Ross had 22 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 steals against Whitney Young.

 

Butler Prep 2017 shooting guard Marvin Nesbitt had 24 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 block, and 3 steals against Baker.  He is committed to UMKC.  His younger brother 2019 wing Teon Nesbitt had 22 points, 4 assists, 2 blocks, and 3 steals.

 

Larkin 2018 shooting guard Anthony Lynch went for 21 points, 6 assists, and 7 steals in a 70-64 win over rival Elgin.

 

Whitney Young 2017 unsigned wing Lucas Williamson had 32 points in an 88-86 win over North Lawndale.  One of best available prospects in senior class.

 

West Chicago 2017 point guard Tai Bibbs had 28 points against East Aurora.

 

Marist 2018 point guard Maurice Commander had 17 points, 4 assists, 4 steals, and no turnovers Friday night.

 

Simeon 2017 point guard Evan Gilyard came up with 15 clutch points and the game winning free throws for the Wolverines against Morgan Park.

 

Mattoon 2017 shooting guard Drake Jeffries had 31 points against Salem.

 

Fenwick 2017 shooting guard and Minnesota State commit Jamal Nixon had 14 points in a win over De La Salle.

 

Normal U-High 2019 wing Kai Bates-Diop drops 19 points in a Friday win.

 

Carmel 2019 small forward Johnny Roeser has 21 points and 6 rebounds against Niles Notre Dame.

 

Illini Bluffs 2017 power forward Taylor Bruninga had 38 points and 18 rebounds Friday.  Another game another 30+/15+ game for unsigned senior.

 

Wheaton North 2017 small forward Rowan McGowen dropped 30 points in a win over Metea Valley.

 

Niles Notre Dame 2017 small forward Jeameril Wilson had 18 points against Carmel.

 

Riverside Brookfield 2017 shooting guard and recent St. Norbert commit Jalen Brooks has a monster game on Friday night.  He had 34 points and 14 rebounds.

 

Effingham 2017 point guard Grant Wolfe had 25 points on Friday night against conference opponent Mt. Zion.  He is one of the best southern Illinois point guards out there.

 

Effingham 2017 small forward Landon Wolfe had 17 points in a Friday night win.

 

Springfield Lanphier 2017 point guard Aundrae Williams has 18 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals against Rochester.

 

Conant 2017 point guard Jimmy Sotos had 29 points on Friday night including 20 of them in the first half in a 62-33 win over Barrington.  The Bucknell commit did not play the fourth quarter.

 

St. Charles East 2018 small forward Justin Hardy has 25 points Friday night.

 

Lake Zurich 2018 guard Peter Dicerbo has 22 points against Warren.

 

Johnsburg 2019 point guard Zach Touissant continues his monster year with 28 points and 5 dimes in another win.

 

Zion Benton 2017 point guard Jaalen Ray had 19 points.

 

Uplift 2018 wing Toraze Dobbs had 20 points and 14 rebounds.

 

Lake Forest 2017 point guard Justin McMahon had 20 points against Libertyville.

 

Lake Forest Academy 2017 wing Chris Harris had 19 points, 6 assists, and 8 rebounds against Dawson Prep.

 

North Lawndale 2017 shooting guard Carlos Hines goes for a triple double of 25 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists against CBC.

 

Hersey 2017 point guard Joey Coffaro had 24 points against Buffalo Grove.

 

Harvest Christian 2018 guard JJ Flores went for 27 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists, and 8 steals on Saturday.  On Friday he posted 23 points, 6 boards, and 6 dimes.
