Noah Frederking to Evansville
When you get the offer you have been waiting for there is no need to prolong the process. That is exactly what Okawville 2017 shooting guard Noah Frederking did. Just days after landing an offer Evansville Frederking committed to the Missouri Valley program after visiting the program. He told us why Evansville was his choice.
“I believe their system is a great fit for the way I play the game. I love the coaching staff and players and I got what I wanted academically as well!”
The senior joined an already impressive cast of southern Illinois standouts including Grant Wolfe and Justin Shadowens on the Illinois Bears 17U squad this past spring and summer. Frederking made this team significantly better. He is a big and strong guard who can really shoot the basketball from the perimeter. Frederking moves well without the basketball to get open and has a quick release on his jump shot. Sneaky athlete that can finish through contact at the rim. The Okawville standout is one of the top scorers in the southern Illinois and we expect a monster senior campaign from him lighting up scoreboards.
Frederking is the #17 shooting guard in the state’s 2017 class.
