Updated Ohio Player Rankings: Class of 2018
In the past week, Ohio’s class of 2018 received plenty of buzz with Darius Bazley and Justin Ahrens joining Dane Goodwin in their commitment to Ohio State. In a few years, the Ohio high school basketball community will be watching as the Buckeyes fully represent the state’s basketball talent.
It will be interesting to track whether or not the remainder of the top five — Dwayne Cohill and Jerome Hunter — joins their classmates in staying within their home state. Even outside of those high major prospects, this class is absolutely stacked. Easily the most talented high school class in Ohio at the moment. Don’t believe it? Just check the grassroots success of All Ohio Red, Ohio Basketball Club, King James Shooting Stars, and Ohio Unity.
College programs like Kent State, Northwood (MI), Wright State, and others have already taken notice and pop-up on various offer sheets. Rising stars who you may not have heard of yet, like Pete Nance, Darius Quisenberry, and Adrian Nelson, add depth to this list of prospects.
