It might not necessarily always be the highest rated prospect in the program either although it very well could be.
Team RWA made their name on the 17U level in their first season on the circuit. They had a handful of quality prospects, but the one that elevated them the most was Rockford Boylan 2017 shooting guard Zach Couper.
Couper had a standout year for Rockford Boylan as a junior, but was still a bit under the radar heading into the spring. We really were impressed with what he brought to the table when we saw him in the spring. Couper is a solid athlete that is crafty with the ball in his hands being able to get where he wants on the floor to get his jump shot off. Plus shooter from both mid-range and three. He was a consistent presence for his team with his production and leadership.
Congrats to Zach on winning the Team RWA Program MVP award!
