Recruiting Report: Myles Baker (2019)

Myles Baker is a 6’2” shooting guard from Whitney Young. He has smooth handles getting pretty much anywhere he wants on the floor. The athletic and rangy wing gets to the hoop where he finishes around the rim. Plus perimeter shooter as well that has range stretching out to three with ease. Potential defensively as he moves well laterally. Has D1 ability early in the process. How was his season on the sophomore level for the Dolphins? “I played sophomore and varsity. We went to the semifinals for city on sophomores and lost. We didn’t play well in that game. Other than that it was good.” He broke down his skill set for us. “I am a slasher. I can score and get my teammates involved first. Then I look to score. I play real hard and play good on defense.” Baker is a high upside prospect that plays with Chicago Select 15U.
