Christian said that his outlook for July is to get better on and off the basketball court and soak in as much knowledge as he possibly can.
When asked what he needs to work on he said, “I would really like to improve my ball handling skills and learn to be more assertive. I feel my strengths are defense, rebounding and finishing through contact.”
As his recruiting has begun to pick up when asked about what he is looking for in a university he says, “I am looking for a school that places as much emphasis on academics as it places on basketball.” With that said Anigwe has yet to decide what he would like to study in college, but he genuinely like the subjects math and science.
His high school has recently hired club coach Gino Crump who is well respected. When asked about summer league & the transition of staffs Anigwe said, “we didn’t play summer league apart from a few camps. With our new coach, we spend our time training and improving our skills in the gym. I like him a lot and I feel I will learn a lot from him.”
