Jason Aigner | 2017 | Higher Level Premier 17U
One of the first things that was evident about Jason today is that he played with a tremendous amount of energy on both ends of the court. His hands were active, and he sacrificed his body by taking charges. He ran the floor, and moved well to get open off the ball. He scored over 20 points and hit 6 threes in a win for Higher Level to end the evening.
Jamie Pasha | 2017 | Team Takeover Orange 17U
Jamie scored 15 points in a win, but also dished out four assists. The 6-foot-5 guard hit 4 three pointers, including three in the second half to help his team pull away late. His motor was impressive, and he did a great job communicating to his teammates while on defense.
Anthony Harris | 2019 | Team Takeover Black 16U
Anthony recorded 13 points, 6 steals, 4 assists, and a rebound in a win. He exhibited good speed and explosiveness in the open court, and played above the rim on both ends of the floor. He was super active in the passing lanes, showing good instincts and timing.
Brandon Slater | 2018 | Team Takeover Black 16U
Brandon did a little bit of everything in his team’s win. He recorded 4 assists, showing off his underrated playmaking ability. Defensively, the long-limbed 6-foot-6 sophomore showcased solid timing and high level athleticism on a highlight chase down block.
Xavier Johnson | 2018 | Team Takeover Black 16U
Xavier was an absolute pest on the defensive side of the ball. He recorded 2 blocks and a steal, along with numerous deflections. He also does a spectacular job of selling contact, and took a few charges. What stood out most about him though was his explosiveness in the open court. The lanky 6 foot tall guard can really elevate and finish above the rim. He also hit two 3’s from the catch.
Jarec Brown | 2019 | Boo Williams Elite 15U
Jarec is a long guard who plays with a ton of effort. He’s a solid rebounder who is strong enough to finish efficiently through contact. His length gives him a nice touch around the rim with either hand. He shrewdly used head fakes to open up drives to the basket. He recorded 18 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists in a win.
Michael McEneney | 2017 | District Basketball Club 17U
Mike is a tough post player who has good timing when contesting shots at the rim. His post development is coming along. The 6-foot-8 junior hit a jump hook, and also showed his touch from 15 feet. He ran the floor hard, and showed good hands when grabbing rebounds.
