#9 Malik Ondigo 6’10” C Dysart
Arguably, Malik has as much upside as any player in his class. He’s a lengthy 6’10” with great mobility. He runs the floor like a deer. Ondigo is a very good in transition as a rebounder and finisher. In the half court he has improved his catch and shoot midrange jumper. On the defensive end he’s very good at blocking shots off the ball. Multiple mid majors have offered scholarships. However, look for Malik to opt for the prep route to improve his stock.
#23 Elijah Ifejeh 6’6″ PF Hillcrest Prep
An elite level athlete, Ifejeh is as explosive as they come. He is lengthy and can defend inside-out. Offensively, he is raw but definitely has upside. Currently he’s limited to being a finisher in transition and the half court but has improved some of his ball skills. Currently a Division-II/NAIA D1 prospect with a higher upside.
#24 Brett Morrow 6’7″ PF Flagstaff
Morrow missed last spring and summer with a torn labrum in his shoulder. He was slowly brought along in the season but finished strong, leading Flagstaff further than expected in the playoffs. His ability to rebound and consistently make 15 footers are his biggest assets. A Division-II/NAIA D1 prospect.
#27 Lawrence Combs 6’6″ PF Mountain Pointe
An aggressive, physical forward that plays with great energy and effort. Combs is long and relentless around the basket. Athletically he’s got the ability to defend multiple positions. He’s also a capable threat from the outside. A Division-II/NAIA D1 prospect.
#38 John Trendler 6’8″ C Mountain View
Trendler is a post with a big frame. He’s got a good basketball IQ and a good feel for the game around the rim. A Division-II/NAIA D1 prospect.
#43 Davion Green 6’6″ PF McClintock
A physical interior presence that plays with a high motor. Green is a glass cleaner on both ends of the floor. He pulls down rebounds in traffic and secures them quickly. He also finishes well at the basket. A small college level prospect that could opt for the junior college route.
#47 Johnathon Stevens 6’6″ PF Hillcrest Prep
A high motor forward that rebounds at a high level. Stevens plays with maximum effort. He’s versatile on the defensive end and, though raw on offense, he’s got some upside. A small college level prospect.
#48 Robbie Wauro 6’9″ C Thunderbird
Wauro is a player that has fallen under the radar. The 6’9″ center runs the floor well, blocks shots, and finishes at the rim. He is also a solid passer from the high post. A small college level prospect.
#50 Matt Morgan 6’7″ PF Fairfax
An athletic and mobile forward who is just beginning to tap into his potential. Morgan is a lengthy forward that runs the floor well. Defensively he is a shot blocker off the ball and has the ability to keep a perimeter player in front of him. His best years are ahead of him. Matt will likely head the junior college route.
#58 Nick Potthoff 6’5″ PF Cactus Shadows
Potthoff is a strong interior presence and plays with physicality and toughness. He rebounds well and doesn’t back down from a challenge. He is also able to knock down the occasional 3. A Division-III/NAIA D2 prospect.
