North Central had too much athleticism for Warren Central as they would pass it down the floor quickly and run. Warren Central had no answer for this but they kept it close with free throws and shooting from deep.

Wilkes was pretty much unstoppable in the game. He got to the basket when he wanted to and he hit some mid-range jumpers en route to his 31 points. He grabbed 8 boards as well and was not to be messed with on either side of the floor.
