And though this is not the final installment of rankings for the class, it’s getting close to the end. The top five stayed the same – but there was some serious movement is the meat of the rankings. We’ve broken down the rankings into sub-categories below.
—————————————————————————————————–
New to top 10
Jaylan White No. 9 (formerly No. 15)
Shammond Ivory No. 10 (formerly No. 13)
New to top 25
Jake Kluender No. 19 (formerly No. 48)
Ryan Hawkins No. 20 (formerly No. 47)
Kyle Juhl No. 23 (formerly No. 37)
Tony Bonner No. 24 (formerly No. 27)
Spencer Brown No. 25 (formerly No. 26)
Best Available
Carlo Marble No. 8 — Had a D1 offer from Central Michigan, but it was recanted. Now he’s thinking football – unless someone swoops in for hoops
Jaylan White No. 9 — As far as we know the supremely talented point guard is still available. His size may be keeping D1 programs away, but we think he’s capable of playing at that level.
Shammond Ivory No. 10 — It seems like JuCo may be the avenue Ivory takes next season. He could be a D1 player three years from now.
Tra’von Fagan No. 17 — Fagan had a D2 offer from Upper Iowa, but not anymore – he’s now offer-less. He’s a 6’6 wing with great athleticism and a high ceiling. He has interest from Air Force, Central Missouri, and Nebraska-Kearney.
Jake Kluender No. 19 — Maybe he’ll walk-on at D1 North Dakota, besides that option he has three NAIA offers. D2s should be offering this guy.
Daric Laing No. 21 — Minot State, Grand View, and William Penn are in the running for Laing, but it’s not too late to get in the mix.
