All-Conference Teams: 6A North Concorde District 5
Each year at the end of the regular season, coaches from each respective conference meet and decide which players should be rewarded as a result of their performances. As the postseason draws near, Adam Ayalew will reveal his 6A North Region All-Conference selections. Below are his picks from the Concorde District.
Player of the Year: Tyler Scanlon – Westfield
Its no secret that Tyler Scanlon has been the engine behind the Bulldogs current 17 game win streak. The Boston University commit leads Westfield in scoring this season, averaging 23 points per game. His ability to make teammates better, along with his experience and leadership qualities are a big reason why they have not lost since he returned from the gridiron in early December.
After falling just 1 win short of the 6A State Title last year, Tyler Scanlon’s desire to return and succeed is evident.First Team
