-Strengths-
Division I Talent
There is an unusual amount of Division-I talent among post players in the 2016 class. Already seven posts in the class have signed or committed to Division-I programs while at least one more (Malik Ondigo) has D1 scholarship offers.
Small College Depth
Not only is there Division I talent but there is a great deal of small college talent as well. Both Division-II/NAIA D1 and Division-III/NAIA D2 level programs have a plethora of options to go for in the state whether they want guys that can catch a finish, stretch 4’s, shot blockers, or glass cleaners.
-Weaknesses-
Back to the Basket Scorers
With the exception of Mitch Lightfoot and Tim Fuller there aren’t any Division-I bound players in this class that you can give the ball with their back to the basket and say ‘go score’. Not much changes when you look at the small college prospects either. There are some stretch 4’s and some catch and finish guys but there’s not much instant offense in this group.
