Will Moreton, Edina — The 6-foot-6 Stonehill-signed senior dropped 41 points in a commanding 91-62 win over Robbinsdale Armstrong. He also scored 17 in a win earlier last week against Minnehaha.
Brad Davison, Maple Grove — Davison put on a show in La Crosse, scoring 39 points in a big win against Milwaukee Riverside at the Midwest Players Classic. He played all 36 minutes in that game, shortly after logging 36 minutes the night before against Osseo.
Jayton Metcalf, St. Croix Prep Academy — Do we have another Gutierrez on our hands? Metcalf could be the next big scorer for SCPA, scoring 33 against St. Agnes and 28 against Minnesota Transitions, both of which were wins. Metcalf is just a sophomore.
Tyler Peterson, Centennial — In his first game back from a torn meniscus, Tyler scored 25 and led his team to a win over Anoka, just their fourth win of the year.
Jack Stensgard, Simley — After dropping 34 in a big win over South St. Paul on Tuesday, Stensgard broke the school single-game scoring record in a narrow, 76-73 loss to St. Thomas Academy where he totaled 43 points.
Parker Fox, Mahtomedi — This quickly-rising junior has helped his team win seven straight games, contributing a total of 87 points over his three games last week. His 39 points against Hastings was a career high.
