Picking up where they left off and improving is the plan for head coach Jed Dunn & staff. A key part in that will be the continued development of rising 2018 prospect Bryce Davis. Davis is a 6'5 wing who has a lot to offer in a game on both ends of the floor.
This past summer he played with DVHS in the DVHS Summer League. Davis felt summer league “went very well and we got a chance to grow a lot as a team.” Davis really enjoys DVHS. This is due in part to “a lot of the friends I have go there that I have known for awhile and we have a great coach that has his best interest for me and pushes me and holds me accountable to be the best I can be.”
In July Davis played with the Arizona ACES & Give N Go. Davis felt “July was very beneficial. I played in some good tournaments in California & Vegas.” Since July Davis has spent the preseason “working on getting fundamentally sound and improving overall in every aspect as a player.
With the season starting this week Davis' outlook on the season is “we are overlooked but we will be a tough team that will compete.”
