2016, Gatdoar Keuth, Roosevelt

Keuth was stuck behind a bevy of seniors last winter, and still came on strong towards the end of the season. He was great this offseason while developing as more a wing than a post. Expect the rangy and athletic 6-foot-5 small forward to put up big numbers this season with the Roughriders.

2017, Brayden Washington, Urbandale

He was playing with Urbandale’s sophomores last season. But with five senior starters graduating from the J-Hawks 2014-15 squad, there will be some new faces with the varsity, and Washington looks to be one of the key guys to take the torch.

2017, Connor Kasperbauer, Ankeny Centennial

Like the others on this list, Kasperbauer was playing behind a very strong and deep senior class last season. Centennial started five seniors most of the season, and Kasperbauer gained valuable experience coming off the bench as sophomore. This season the Jaguars will be led by the 6-foot-4 junior.  

2018, Sam Ingoli, Dowling
