The previews continue and the basketball season is under way in the way of practices and even scrimmages, it is time to get to each class' All-State teams.
As we continue our All-State previews we look at Class B where last year's MVP is a senior. He also was named the overall MVP of the LHSAA Top 28 and continues to see his stock rise. There is a load of high academic talent in Class B and some young rising stars as well.
MVP: Will Reese; Senior G; Anacoco
“Northwestern State, McNeese State, Southeastern, University of New Orleans, Louisiana Tech, Louisiana State University, Texas State, Stephen F. Austin, Texas Tech, University of Louisiana Monroe, Davidson University and Albany University.” That's the list of schools that he was hearing from over the summer and his game continues to improve as well. Reese is a high level scorer from the wing that brings it in every aspect of the game. He's one of the best prospects in the small classes and is the reason Anacoco is favored to repeat.
