Fort Wayne Concordia guard Reggie Tharp made his commitment known as he is headed to Chicago State University. The talented point guard was at one time an IUPUI commit but backed out to find a better fit. Now, heading to CSU, Reggie should be an impact guard for them.
The 5'11 guard has a variety of skills that he is putting together as we speak. Reggie isn't a finished product and shows different aspects of his game but has some upside once he puts the package together. He's quick with good athleticism and solid ball handling to stick at the point. Reggie has decent court awareness and is an underrated passer.
He ran this summer with Indiana Elite Central but last year for his high school team he averaged 12.7 points and 4.3 assists per game, both team highs.
