Joe Wieskamp, Muscatine, 2018: The Iowa commit took the MAC by storm last year, leading the conference in scoring and connecting on 40% of his shots from behind the arc. He'll most definitely be a marked man by opponents once again this season, but with his (still) developing all-around game, he's got the talent to overcome that and still produce at a high level. Putting up the numbers he does, with not nearly as much help as some other players, is what narrowly edges him over a guy like Will Carius.

Joe Wieskamp, Muscatine, 2018: 18.6 points, 6.1 rebounds, 40.0 3P%, 47.1 FG%, 78.8 FT%

Will Carius, Pleasant Valley, 2016: 17.2 points, 8.0 rebounds, 51.4 FG%, 39.7 3P%

Derrick Howard, Clinton, 2016: 16.9 points, 5.2 rebounds, 50 assists, 47.6 FG%

Bailey Basala, North Scott, 2017: 14.2 points, 5.4 rebounds (at Moline High School, IL)

Carter Milam, Pleasant Valley, 2016: 9.1 points, 5.2 rebounds, 37 assists, 22 blocks, 57.9 FG%
