“I have a few camp invites from Ashland University, Ohio Dominican, Fairmont State University, and Lake Erie College,” Arrington said.
“They were before, like during the summer. I sort of just lost track and didn’t get to any of them.”
His full dedication to Ohio Unity’s grassroots season resulted in a National Championship. Competing in these prestigious tournaments allowed Arrington to evaluate his talents against premier competition.
“I enjoyed every second of it with my teammates and coaches.”
“We could hang with any of those teams, and we showed it in the championship game. That team previously won the three championships before,” Arrington said.
For those who missed out on Arrington’s summer, he will be attending the Prep Hoops Top 250 Expo on September 11 at Pickering North High School.

The stretch-4 prospect combines a highly competitive approach with an inside-outside offensive threat.
“I can hot outside around the three. I can take it into the post. And I look for my teammates. I’m a pretty good rebounder, rebound as much as I can. And I get up and down the court pretty well,” Arrington described.
Last season, Arrington focused on earning as many minutes at the varsity level for the 17-5 Panthers. He was able to do so byway of reliable effort and taking pride in his defense.
“I got to come into the game with a good attitude. Bring a lot of intensity. My teammates will feel my intensity and we’ll get better as a team with it,” Arrington said.
Arrington also possesses incredible timing on blocked shots.
Arrington expects Springboro to be “great” this coming winter. His confidence is valid, as they are returning college prospects Nick “Pickle” Pluta and Alec Holtrey, as well.
Academically, the rising junior carries a 3.4 GPA.
Eventually, he would like to land at a low D-I or high D-II collegiate program, and one which has a history of getting Ws.
