A guy that has really caught our attention this spring is Minneapolis Patrick Henry guard Jordan Lynn, a 6-foot-2 guard who has been seen successfully playing both guard spots for D1 Minnesota Prospects.
“Well this spring has been going somewhat good,” Jordan told Prep Hoops. “So far we’ve traveled to Dallas and Atlanta, it’s been going great, it has been a great experience playing with these guys on the team. I feel like this spring has opened up a lot of opportunities for me.”
Lynn gave the Patriots 10.6 points per game this winter as one of four guys averaging double figures. Two of those players have graduated but Lynn and Savion Scott return as does Lamar Wood.
Lynn wants to be able to lead the Patriots to a big senior season and for that to happen there are things he is working to improve.
“Taking better shots and getting my team involved more and controlling the game,” Lynn said. “The main part of my game I need to improve on is my jump shot and making sure that’s it is consistent.”
Lynn is still working to get on the radar of college coaches but he is on the NHR radar and on the radar of one UMAC school so far as well.
“I heard from St Scholastica this month,” Lynn told NHR. “I want to go into engineering or business and for place, I want to go to the schools that fits me best as of education and basketball.”
Lynn is thinking future but there is a big summer ahead of him.
“My goals for the rest of the summer is getting stronger and faster, and just getting better as a player.”
