Jeffries averaged 6.7 points, 4.4 rebounds on 57% shooting from the floor this season. He averaged over 20 minutes as a Freshmen at Oral Roberts.
He does not have a destination yet, but plans to take visits to Division II and JUCO programs in Oklahoma. Jeffries knows what he is looking for in a school.
“I want a good academic system with a good coaching staff that has good relationships with their plays,” said Jeffries. “Also, of course good team chemistry.”
Jeffries wants to play on the perimeter at the 3. Coming out of high school in Oklahoma Jeffries was easily the most athletic player in the sooner state. He has always played extremely hard on both ends of the floor rebounding the ball at a high level. The hops he possess allow him to alter and block opponents shot with ease. An area Jeffries has improved upon is his three-point shooting. Last season at Oral Roberts Jeffries shot 39% from behind the arc.
Jeffries will have three years of eligibility left at his next destination. He plans to start taking visits this week. Jeffries does not have a time table on his decision at this time.
