Wisconsin Dells Player of the Week 2/1 – 2/7
Great week of hoops across the state of Illinois. It was tough to narrow the nominees for the Wisconsin Dells Player of the Week to just five. Here are the final candidates for this week’s award. Make sure you vote for your favorite and check back to see who wins!
Jordan Goodwin (Belleville Althoff)
One of the state’s premier juniors put on a show for the ages at the O’Fallon Shootout. Goodwin scored in a variety of ways going for 30 points while grabbing 11 rebounds.
Braden Fitzjerrells (Mt. Vernon)
Fitzjerrells broke his own school record for three pointers in a game this past week. The Lindenwood Belleville commit had 8 threes on his way to 30 points along with 8 assists.
Cameron Krutwig (Jacobs)
The productive big man went for his career high this past week. One of the state’s top junior big men had 32 points on 13-17 from the field.
Jameel Alausa (Chicago U-High)
This versatile forward was efficient in his teams game against North Shore going for 21 points on 9-9 from the field along with 6 rebounds and 3 assists.
JT Ford (St. Charles East)
Ford is a sleeper prospect in the senior class who went for a career high 21 points (9-10 FG) in a 59-52 win over Larkin.
